Dubai: A Filipino nurse, who was working at King Fahd Hospital in Medina, died of coronavirus on Monday evening.

Marlene Sabadini, who was working at the emergency department at the hospital, tested positive for COVID-19 virus. She was hospitalised and died later due to complications.

In a statement by the Saudi Ministry of Health, Marlene, who died after a battle with the coronavirus, suffered chronic diseases that complicated her health condition and led to her death.
