UAE reports 1,988 coronavirus cases, 4 deaths

Abu Dhabi: UAE reported 1,988 coronavirus cases, 4 deaths and 2,138 recoveries on Tuesday.

The total confirmed cases in the UAE rose to 472,148 out of which 456,747 people have recovered. There are 13,889 active cases in the country while death toll stands at a total of 1,512 after Tuesday's update.

254,944 tests were conducted over the past few days to detect these new cases, authorities added.
