Watch: Car dangerously dangles over Jeddah tunnel

Cairo: A driver has escaped death after his vehicle had got stuck amid concrete blocks over a tunnel in Saudi Arabia, online newspaper Sabq reported Wednesday.

An online video shows the pick-up truck hanging over the tunnel as cars moved past it in the western Saudi city of Jeddah.

The truck had swerved from the road and almost went over the concrete barrier over the tunnel.

Half of the car was suspended in the air just over the tunnel.

The city’s traffic police moved to the scene where the driver got extricated from his damaged vehicle.

The report did not say how the driver was rescued.
