Sharjah: The speed limit on Kalba and Khor Fakkan city’s roads has been adjusted.
The decision by the Eastern Region traffic police was announced on Thursday.
The move is part of plans to improve road safety and achieve the objectives of the General Directorate of Sharjah Police to control traffic in the federal unified traffic system and black points system.
Major Obaid Juma’a Al Marzouqi, Director of Traffic Police in the Eastern Region, said radars are part of the plan for traffic safety adopted by the General Command of Sharjah Police.
Major Al Marzouqi urged drivers to abide by the new speed limits to ensure their safety and protect the lives of other road users
