Delicious mouthfuls drizzled with sesame seeds and date syrup

| ½ kg flour No. 2 |
| sprinkle of saffron |
| sprinkle of salt |
| ½ tsp cardamom powder |
| ½ tsp yeast |
| 50 gm milk powder |
| 2 tsp sugar |
| 1 ½ cup water |
| 1 litre oil for deep-frying |
| 1 bottle of date syrup |
| 1 tsp sesame Seeds |
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2. Cover the bowl and keep aside for three to four hours.
3. Heat the oil in a pot.
4. Take the flour mixture and mix once again.
5. Make lime-sized dumplings and fry in medium heat oil until golden brown.
6. Take out from oil and serve hot in a platter topped with the date syrup.
