Dubai Global Village: Tree-lighting ceremony set on December 8

The holiday season is fast approaching at Global Village. On Thursday, December 8, guests will be able to meet Santa and his helpers when they arrive at Global Village at 7 pm for the festive tree-lighting ceremony.

The famed 21-metre tall holiday tree at Global Village will be decked out in sparkling lights. Elves will be arriving in droves to help make the tree extra special.

The event kicks off the holiday season in one of the UAE's most popular tourist locations. and everyone is invited to attend the ceremony with their family and friends.

Last year, Santa skydived into Dubai's Global Village to light up giant Christmas tree and launch fireworks.
