1. Al Manhal Palace, Al Falah Street
This closed palace was once the residence of the late Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and covers an expansive 143 acres. The palace is not accessible to public, but the pathway around its perimeter wall is used by fitness enthusiasts to walk, run or jog. Nearly four kilometres long, the pathway can be accessed from Khalidiyah and Airport Road.
2. Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Island
Every Tuesday evening, Yas Marina Circuit offers free workouts for the whole family at the Formula 1 track. Runners, cyclists or just walkers can enjoy this training ground. Pre-registration is required and you need a TrainYAS ID card.

3. Eastern Mangroves, Al Salam Street
A perfect place to unwind, the 3.5km waterside walkway offers splendid views of the lush mangroves. It is a favourite with joggers and cyclists who do not want to be disturbed by crowds.
4. The Walk, Al Seef
The latest addition to scene, The Walk at Al Seef is not just about the stroll. Tucked away behind the Al Seef Mall, it is a European-style walkway replete with retail, food and recreation options. There are many health and wellness activities to indulge in also.
5. Corniche
Even with all the new and trendy places, the Corniche still remains Abu Dhabi’s favourite spot for wellness activities. This lengthy stretch of beach from the Hilton Hotel to beyond Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street attracts more than 30,000 visitors per month. Many of them come here for their daily walk, jog, swim or cycle.
