Qaboos hosts tea party for Jordan king

Muscat: Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed on Tuesday evening hosted a tea party at the Al Alam Palace in Muscat on the occasion of the 40th Glorious National Day.

King Abdullah II of Jordan was present, along with Lt.Gen Abd Rabu Mansoor Hadi, Vice President of Yemen, and the ambassador of Yemen's president.

Also present were the envoy of Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak; Susil Premajayantha, Sri Lankan Petroleum Industries Minister and Envoy of the Sri Lankan Government; members of the Royal Family, the Chairmen of the State Council and Majlis A'Shura, ministers, advisers.
