Ramallah:The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has organised a number of mass iftars for people with special needs and poor families in Palestinian camps in the West Bank and Gaza strip.
In Al Ain Camp in Nablus, the Public Committee for services and the Elders Society, organised an iftar for the elderly, poor families and people with special needs which was attended by a 100 people. The iftar was financed by ERC.
A committee tasked by ERC to carry out the Ramadan programme has distributed 447 iftar meals over the course of six days in Bethlehem, Azzoun, Immatain, and Qalqilya.
