Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, reviewed the federal government employee satisfaction report.

On Twitter, Shaikh Mohammad said: “Today I reviewed the employee satisfaction report that covers 40 federal government bodies. Some bodies achieved a employee satisfaction rate of 93 per cent, and there are five entities that scored 60 per cent. This is unacceptable. Employee satisfaction is the key. We have given the directors of these bodies a six-month grace period to change their work environment. A government’s most precious capital is its employees.”
