Abu Dhabi: President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued on Sunday a federal decree appointing six new judges to the Federal Court of the First Instance.

The new judges were sworn in before Hadef Bin Jouan Al Daheri, Minister of Justice.

During the meeting held at the Ministry of Justice, Al Daheri welcomed the new judges, stressing that members of the judiciary have great responsibilities due to the importance of their roles and responsibilities in achieving justice and truth.

He also called for their keen interest in the application of the provisions of the UAE Constitution and laws as the basis for the functioning of judicial work.

The newly appointed judges are: Ahmad Mohammad Ebrahim Al Shaklini, Khalid Abdul Qader Saleh Mohammad Kesi, Salah Al Tayeb Salah Hamad Madani, Ammar Mohammad Al Jilani, Mustafa Mahmoud Abkr Mohammad Omar as heads of the First Instance Court of the second category, and Mudathir Mohammad Al Awad Al Amam as a judge of the third category.
