As a recognition for their dedication to creating a better world of work, the companies that receive the Certification had an opportunity to participate in an event from the Certification Celebration series, a total of 14 international events connected under the claim “On Top of the world”.
Top Employers Institute hosted their in-person certification celebration event for the first time in Dubai this year in February. In the marvelous location of Address Fountain Views Hotel, more than 150 professionals from over 17 countries came together to celebrate their outstanding achievements, to network and to share valuable HR contents.
During the celebration event, Massimo Begelle - Regional Manager at Top Employers Institute offered an exclusive preview of the World of Work Trends Report for the upcoming year. “Since the pandemic, organizations worldwide had to reinvent their workplace due to a constantly changing environment. Focusing on the same theme, but from a distinct perspective, Davide Banterla - Senior Account Manager at Top Employers Institute led an engrossing panel session with Mohammed Al-Harbi - Country Human Resources Manages at KONE Saudi Arabia, and Iyas Seidan - People & Culture M&ES Regional Director at JTI (Japan Tobacco International).
