Cairo: Qatari authorities have arrested three people for violating domestic isolation imposed as part of the emirate’s measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus, the Qatari news agency QNA has reported.

The three had infringed their pledges to comply with stipulations of domestic quarantine set by health authorities, a violation that makes them liable to legal action, QNA added. They will be referred to prosecution, the agency added without giving further details.
