Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, issued a resolution to restructure the board of Etihad Aviation Group, chaired by Mohamed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, on Monday.
The members of the new board are: Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa, Vice-Chair, Hisham Khalid Malak, Jasim Husain Thabet, Masood Mohammad Mahmood, Mansour Mohamed Al-Mulla and Jacob Kalkman.
