Dubai: Starting on April 10, the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai will not accept passport renewal applications from those without an online appointment.
The consulate made the announcement on Monday, April 9.

Exemptions
The consulate added that only minors aged 12 and below, senior citizens aged 60 and above, people of determination, pregnant women and household workers are exempted from securing an online passport appointment.
They are advised to submit their passport renewal applications at the Courtesy Lane section between 8am and 3:30pm.
Those requiring immediate renewal of their Philippine passports due to an emergency or other urgent cases may email epassportcoord@pcgdubai.ae along with proof of urgency so that they will be given priority for passport renewal application appointment.
