‘Semma Botha Aagathey’ is an entertainer

While the title of the Tamil film Semma Botha Aagathey (Don’t Get Too Drunk) might indicate a cautionary tale to viewers, director Badri Venkatesh says that his story is a youthful entertainer — “a mix of romance, comedy, action and thrill.”

Venkatesh, after working for 18 years in television, made his cinema debut with Baana Kaathadi in 2010.

Atharvaa, besides playing the lead role, steps into production with his banner Kickass Entertainment.

The film also stars Mishti and Anaika Soti.
