Sharjah: A summer festival will be launched for the first time in Sharjah on July 10, and will last for two months.
Khalid Jasem Al Midfa, chairman of the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA), announced that the first edition of the Sharjah Summer Festival will include various events and activities, engaging all age groups to explore the emirate.
Al Midfa said, “Today, we organised the Ramadan session with our strategic media partners and journalists in Sharjah at Al Majaz Amphitheatre.”
He lauded the partnership, emphasising the importance of spreading the emirate’s cultural message globally. Al Midfa concluded, “We wish to be successful in achieving the festival’s main objectives, which will enhance the tourism, commercial and economic sectors in the emirate of Sharjah.”
