Ras Al Khaimah: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, yesterday (Wednesday) offered condolences to the family of Emirati martyr Abdullah Juma Hassan Al Shamsi.

Shaikh Mohammad expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family during a visit to their home in Ras Al Khaimah. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the martyr’s soul in Paradise and to grant solace to the family to bear their loss.

Shaikh Mohammad spoke with the martyr’s family, and reaffirmed that Emiratis have always been loyal to their fathers and forefathers. He added that citizens have also been loyal to values of giving and diligence, which have been instilled through their sacrifices and benevolent deeds and their honourable stands in the battlefield for the sake of the UAE’s glory.

Shaikh Mohammad hailed the courage and heroics of Emirati soldiers in the battlefield, which he said reflects their loyalty to the UAE. Shaikh Mohammad praised the families for supporting their sons, who are performing a historical role in the face of challenges during this critical phase in the region’s history.

The family of the martyr expressed their pride and loyalty to the UAE and its wise leadership, as well as their appreciation of the UAE leadership for standing by its citizens. A child recited a poem before Shaikh Mohammad that expressed the love and loyalty of Emiratis to the UAE leadership.
