Asteco open to franchising options

Dubai: Asteco is planning to introduce licensing and franchise options, whereby independent realtors or start-ups can access its branding and business model. The company currently manages 350 developments with 7,500 units in three countries and has sold 13 million square feet of projects. The company now has a new corporate headquarters at the Rolex Tower.
