Moza Saeed bin Ahmed Al Otaiba, Founder and President of Al Otaiba Inmaa Group, said that the Emirati Women’s Day is a celebration of their success in various fields and sectors. She praised the support of the wise leadership to empower Emirati women and motivate them to achieve more and serve the country and society.

Al Otaiba praised the great role of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Mother of the Nation, Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, in encouraging women and empowering them in various fields, to reach the highest ranks and positions. Al-Otaiba praised Her Highness' continuous support for Emirati women and their achievements.

She said that Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, chose this day to celebrate Emirati women and appreciate their efforts. Her Highness’s support and encouragement had great merit in the huge achievements of Emirati women, the important positions they got in institutions, departments and companies, in addition to enhancing confidence in the Emirati women capabilities.

Al Otaiba said: "The wise leadership of the UAE, under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE - may God protect him - and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai - may God protect him - and their brothers, their Highnesses, the members of The Supreme Council, Rulers of the Emirates, gave women the utmost attention and encouraged them to contribute to the advancement of various fields and reach the highest levels of sophistication, excellence, and transcendence.

Al Otaiba added: "Emirati women succeeded in achieving excellence and proving their worth in various positions, entering new economic sectors that depend on digital and technological development and artificial intelligence, and occupying the highest ranks and positions, whether in public or private sectors, which enabled them to contribute to the renaissance of the UAE, in pursuit of sustainable development.”

Al Otaiba affirmed that Emirati women have succeeded, since the establishment of the UAE, in assuming various ranks and positions, and proved their ability to face various circumstances and difficulties, confirm their worth and success, and raise a generation that loves the country and works for its advancement and progress.
