The National Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA), in coordination with the Ministry of Interior, has announced the end of the recent weather situation and confirmed that conditions across the country have stabilised.
The announcement followed a meeting of the Joint Assessment Team for Meteorological and Tropical Situations, attended by relevant authorities including the National Center of Meteorology, to review the latest developments in the UAE’s weather over the past few days.
Officials reviewed the latest report from the National Center of Meteorology, which confirmed that the weather disturbance has ended and conditions have returned to normal across the country.
The Sharjah Police General Command has confirmed that its field teams have been working around the clock to manage the low atmospheric conditions affecting the emirate. Authorities reported — praise be to Allah — that no deaths or injuries have been recorded on Sharjah’s roads since the situation began.
The command said field teams were deployed according to high-alert plans, focusing on public safety and rapid response. Efforts included monitoring major and secondary roads, assisting vehicles, clearing obstacles, and facilitating traffic in coordination with specialised UAE authorities.
Officials also praised the public’s adherence to issued safety guidelines, noting that community cooperation played a key role in maintaining safety.
The Sharjah Police urged residents to continue following official updates, reminding them to use 901 for non-emergency enquiries and 999 for emergencies, while assuring that field teams remain ready to serve the community at all times.
