COVID-19: Saudi Arabia reports 1,595 new cases, 9 deaths

This brings total number of coronavirus infections in the country to 30,251

Dubai: Saudi Arabia reported 1,595 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 30,251, the Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday (May 5).

Meanwhile, the ministry reported 955 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 5,431. There are 143 cases in intensive care.

The ministry also confirmed 9 deaths, bringing the total number of deaths in the kingdom to 200.
