India’s Congress party president Rahul Gandhi has arrived in Dubai for a much-anticipated visit to the UAE that will see him address Indian expatriates at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on January 11.
A large crowd had gathered to see Gandhi at the airport.
When he finally arrived, there were smiles all around.
