Al Ain: The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) branch in Al Ain has provided 2,955 daily iftar meals to underprivileged and needy people since the start of Ramadan. A total of 88,650 iftar meals will be provided throughout Ramadan from 27 Ramadan tents in Al Ain.
The ERC branch is conducting several projects during Ramadan, including its Ramadan Iftar project that is worth Dh1.1 million.
The branch’s local aid department also distributed Ramadan box coupons worth Dh598,600 to 277 needy families, who are registered at the branch, as well as other charity coupons to 282 families worth Dh163,650.
