Citi Developers launches Aveline Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle

Dubai: Citi Developers will be adding 263 apartments to the popular Jumeirah Village Circle residential cluster with its Aveline Residences. Featuring units of between 453.7-1,391.99 square feet, the project is due for completion in second quarter of 2026.

The booking process comes with a 10 per cent booking installment, 10 per cent at the time of entering the SPA 30 days after the booking, 1 per cent each for 30 months, and 50 per cent upon handover.
