Dubai: Devmark, a real estate consultancy, has signed a partnership deal with ThinkLab and will also open an office at Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC).
ThinkLab has developed photo-realistic imagery that allows developers to showcase their renderings and give prospective investors an insight into new projects using three-dimensional modelling software. The company also produces animation and film.
“We recognised the need to equip property developers with a higher level of technology and sales tools,” said Sean McCauley, CEO, Devmark. “We identified ThinkLab’s technology capabilities, real estate marketing and branding expertise, and the clear synergies between our two companies.”
According to Corné von Bratt, CEO of ThinkLab, “It was exciting to find a company like Devmark who holds a similar philosophy to ours. Not only is there an understanding of the importance of utilising the best technology and teams within the real estate and marketing industry, but they also advocate for implementing it.”
