Kuwaitis working in local banks terminated
Ways to empower national workers in vital sector discussed

Dubai: Kuwait’s Public Authority for Manpower discovered that a number of Kuwaiti citizens working in local banks were terminated despite its efforts to support and monitor Kuwaiti citizens working in the private sector, Al Shahid Newspaper reported.
Consequently, Deputy Director General for National Manpower Affairs at the authority Sultan Al Shaalani held a coordination meeting with the representatives of some local banks at the headquarters of the authority.
They discussed the factors that led to the termination of several national workers in the banking sector, ways to empower national workers in this vital sector, and alternative jobs for the terminated workers.
