The Crown Prince of Bahrain, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, arrived in Kuwait on Wednesday to pay his last respects. Prince Salman was joined by the Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammad bin Mubarak Al Khailfa, who said he would miss a “big brother and a companion”.

King Abdullah II bin Al Hussain of Jordan and his son, the Crown Prince, paid their respect to Sheikh Nawaf for the passing of the late Emir, Sheikh Sabah. King Abdullah said, “The late Emir has a special place in the hearts of all Jordanians, his absence is a big loss to the nation.”

Saudi representatives arrived in Kuwait to offer their condolences for the passing of the late Emir. The representatives include Dr Mansour bin Met’eb bin Abdulaziz Al Said, Minister of Energy, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salam Al Saud and Minister of State, Prince Turki bin Mohammad Al Saud.
