Jordan: Man, son died in house fire in Jerash

Dubai: A man and his son were killed and six other family members were injured in a house fire in Jerash, 48km north of Amman, local media reported.

The 51-year-old man and his 12-year-old son died immediately of their severe burns. The six injured included the man’s two wives and four children.

Four of the injured are in critical condition and still in the ICU burns unit at the Jerash government hospital, while two have been discharged.
