Eighth batch of national recruits to begin training

Abu Dhabi: The National and Reserve Service Authority has announced that the eighth batch of Emirati recruits, who finished their secondary school for the academic year 2016-2017, will begin their military training on August 5.

National recruits will receive military training for nine months alongside lectures on national and security issues in order to foster national values, and loyalty to the nation and leadership.

The authority called on Emiratis who have not yet completed the registration procedures to report to the nearest national service training centre.
