I am writing to you since I have been waiting for seven months to get a reply from Emirates Islamic bank. I was out of the UAE and someone did an unauthorised transaction. When I came back I contacted my bank immediately and lodge a complaint. But after three months, the bank reversed a small amount while my Dh1,204.99 unauthorised transaction is still pending since December 12, 2017. I visited the bank a few times but still not getting any positive response. I hope Gulf News will raise my issue and help me to get my money back from unauthorised transaction.
