Excess payments

I am facing a problem with etisalat. I got an offer in June, 2014, which allowed me to acquire 300 flexible minutes. But, I am now receiving a large amount of invoices and the line has been disconnected. Even when I went to settle the amount and pay a partial payment to avoid disconnection, they refused. And they are charging monthly payments now even though the line is disconnected. I have another line that has affordable invoices, although it’s part of a similar offer. I was paying that amount regularly, when I was informed by them that I couldn’t use this line until I settled the payment for the other line. That is unfair! No one is helping from etisalat at all.

I request Gulf News to please help me settle and finalise this issue as soon as possible.

The management of etisalat responds:

The customer claimed against the charges of his mobile number. The account was ceased due to non-payment and the outstanding amount was Dh3,327.71. The customer was using the benefits of his package, and using minutes out of his bundle. He only paid twice, Dh255 on June 16, 2014 and Dh300 on August 7, 2014. The monthly rental was Dh250 for 10 GB data and 300 flexible minutes. As per etisalat’s rule, Dh200 was refunded and the outstanding amount is now Dh3127.71. The customer was updated.
