I would like to seek your support and advice with regard to my issue with Dunia credit card. Dunia charged me overlimit fee of Dh199. On November 13, 2012 I spoke to its customer service staff about this issue. They were not really helpful to solve it. Even though I informed them that prior to using my credit card on November 1, I called their customer service desk to confirm my available balance for further use. The staff confirmed to me that I have Dh1,200 plus for further use. Then I used my credit card to purchase computer accessories worth Dh1,100. And then, I saw Dh199 overlimit fee on my latest statement.
