Brooklyn Beckham recently got married to Nicola Peltz; we’re all aware of that. However, the gown she wore for her big day has become a topic of much discussion online, especially because of the attention to detail that went into its creation.

Just to recap, American actress Nicola Peltz, best known for her work in the A&E drama series Bates Motel and Transformers: Age of Extinction, tied the knot with football legend David Beckham’s son and model Brooklyn Beckham.

The Valentino haute couture gown, which her stylist Leslie Fremar dubbed as the most beautiful she’s ever seen, was quite the show stopper. And expectedly so. The gown was the result of nearly a year’s worth of back and forth between Peltz and Valentino’s Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli’s team in Italy.

This entailed various conversations, a couple of trips to the old continent, as well as fittings in America. From the chosen fabrics to the embroidery, every tiny detail was meticulously borne in mind. That said, simplicity was of the essence -- now that’s a paradox!

In fact, the stylist decided to remove the embroidery to add lace on the hand crafted gloves, making it a piece of fashion art that was glorious, yet understated, in a way. According to reports, Piccioli was chosen by Peltz for his team’s exceptionally detailed work.

The gown also carried the essence of a simple message from Peltz’s mother: “something blue”. The message was sewn into the gown, as reminder of Peltz’s mom’s wishes. Brooklyn donned a Dior suit for the occasion, and looked every bit as strapping as he is.
