Alongside her husband, Rizwan Kassim, CEO of RIKAS Hospitality Group, Jessica has curated a menu that celebrates Portuguese culinary traditions. A standout feature is the ‘Portuguese Heritage’ section, where guests can enjoy recipes passed down through Jessica’s grandmother, offering a personal touch that enhances the dining experience.

At the helm of the kitchen is Head Chef Helio, who has been with Lana Lusa since its inception in Dubai. Chef Helio brings over 18 years of diverse culinary experience, having honed his craft across Portugal, Germany, and Spain. Born in Torres Vedras, a coastal town in Portugal, his deep connection to his roots shines through in the menu, which beautifully reflects Portugal’s land and sea.
