Dubai: Drake and Scull said on Monday it has enlisted nominees on board of directors.
The company has nominated Mohammad Subhi Atatreh, Abdullah Subhi Atatreh, Abdullah Fareed Al Gurg, Ahmad Al Kilani, Ahmad Saeed Al Hamiri, Ivor Goldsmith, Khamis Juma Bu Amim, Saad Mohammad Sharif Al Bastaki, Adel Al Hammadi on the board, it said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website.
DSI plans to begin talks with banks in May about its existing debt and seek financial backing for new projects, Chief Executive Wael Allan told Reuters on Thursday.
The builder has sent non-disclosure agreements to its lenders and will continue to do so until mid-April, Allan said.
