Key One Realty Group’s efforts to expand beyond the GCC region has made a notable success in international markets like the UK, Russia, Italy, Lebanon, and France.
The last 6 months have been nothing but growth for the company. By continuously leveraging their expertise, the company has seen an increase of 30% in sales volume in the second half of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021.
“We have increased the effectiveness of our sales force and grew our revenue by persistently training our existing agents and expanding the team with people from diverse backgrounds,” says CEO, Diana Magariu.
According to Key One Realty Group, they saw most success in popular Dubai locations such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Creek Harbour. Similarly, the top performing communities for the team were Damac Hills, JVT, JVC, and Damac Hills 2 for both sales and leasing.
As rent saw a sharp increase of 27% in 2022, more and more residents are less willing to move amidst the price hike so renewals are higher than the number of new contracts.
Because of this, Key One’s property management division saw a 20% increase in landlords turning their properties into long-term rentals especially in Business Bay, Dubai Marina, and Downtown.
Similarly, the Holiday Homes division acquired a great number of villas and apartments in prime locations like Downtown, Dubai Marina, and JBR.
Despite the price hike, Dubai remains the best destination for life, education, and career thus the city continues to welcome a huge number of tourists-turned-residents. The stability in global economy and political changes the rulers of Dubai implemented are also among the top reasons why people continue to flock to the city – raising housing and investment demands.
Future expansion plans

“We want to expand and make our presence known in more countries. We have already tapped into some of the European markets but this year (2023), we want to focus on Belgium, Austria, and Romania. Of course, we don’t want to neglect our existing markets in the GCC like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman but you will definitely see more of our team in other parts of the world,” Magariu added.
