BestoSys, an EMR (Electronic Medical Records) solution for clinics, recently launched six growth tools that clinics can use for patient retention and practice growth, the company announced. According to them, these tools are designed to help clinics survive and thrive in the increasingly competitive healthcare space. At least three more tools are in the pipeline, the company added.

BestoSys is offered on cloud/mobile and serves clinics in over 15 countries including most GCC countries. Last year, BestoSys launched a major new release integrated with Dubai Health Authority’s NABIDH portal. This release is available on the web as well as native platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS).

“BestoSys tools help doctors implement the Business Growth Strategies we teach in our training programs" says Dr Manish Chitnis, Director, Dental Business Masters Academy UK and Owner, Dental Concepts Clinics Group in the UK & India“. BestoSys launched the product in Dubai six years ago and has been adapting it for the Middle-East market continuously.

“We wanted a robust clinic management system with growth features and chose Bestosys five years ago,” says Zabi Malik, owner of Queens Medical Center, Dubai “and as we grew and added more branches, we realized it has proper multi-branch functionality too”.

How the growth tools work:

Membership Plans: A proven tool for customer retention and ending price comparisons, demand for discounts etc., the Bestosys Membership plan module lets clinics design their own plans for individuals as well as families.

WhatsApp Integration: BestoSys WhatsApp integration facilitates all messages to patients to be sent from the clinic’s WhatsApp Business number. All messages are personalized and completely automated. Further, the clinics can run sharply targeted WhatsApp campaigns based on patient attributes, thus enhancing the conversions dramatically.

Built-in CRM: Clinics that run marketing campaigns manage it either on spreadsheets or third-party CRM tools that don’t talk to their EMR. Bestosys CRM module directly captures lead data at the source and facilitates nurturing till conversion. It’s fully integrated with the EMR, thus eliminating the juggling of data, delays in responses, and error-prone manual handling.

Repeat Visit Generator: This tool opens 4 ways to get the old patients to visit the clinic, while also boosting the clinic’s ‘proactive care’ image.

Patient Tracker: Most clinics experience patients’ dropping off at various stages of the patient journey (from booking an appointment to treatment completion), but do not have a proper method to address it. Patient tracker helps minimize the dropouts at 7 stages of the patient journey.

Clinic-branded Mobile Apps: These are full-function apps that let patients access and manage their health information. The branded apps enhance the clinic’s image as a premium organization.

According to the company, Bestosys plans to release three more tools that build upon the power of AI, Social Media, and WhatsApp. “Our growth mantra is to help our users grow,“ said Mahesh Karwa, the founder-director, “with solid tools for proactive patient care and retention. Our tools are also sensitized to the fact that most doctors prefer to be known for their good work and care (not for marketing).” This seems to have clicked well with doctors as well, as evident in the 600+ customer reviews on Google and Capterra.
