Eid Al Fitr 2023 dates: Saudi Arabia confirms first day of Eid

The official announcement was made following the tradition of moon-sighting

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia has issued official confirmation that the first day of Eid Al Fitr will fall on April 21, Friday.

On Thursday, the moon-sighting committee in the kingdom announced that April 20 would be the last day of the month of Ramadan and that Eid Al Fitr would be celebrated from Friday onwards.
