Now, pick up or drop off package at Zoom stores as Emirates Post, Enoc ink deal

Dubai: Customers in the UAE will now be able to pick up and drop off their shipments at Zoom stores following a tie-up between postal operator Emirates Post and the ENOC Group.

The move will help enhance the last-mile connectivity offered by the postal company, and at the same time offer a convenient touchpoint to millions of UAE residents who can now add an additional address to their delivery location option.

Customers can simply select a Zoom location as their preferred pickup point when managing their shipment deliveries via Emirates Post’s website, mobile app or Call Centre, via SMS or WhatsApp, or when shopping online with e-tailers who have partnered with Emirates Post for last-mile deliveries.
