Brit rock sensations The Kooks are Dubai-bound.
The UK rockers will headline the sixth Chill Out Festival at Dubai Media City on April 20 and 21.
The popular band will be supported by American hip hop legends De La Soul and French-Algerian artist Rachid Taha among others.
The annual event has grown and will this year be held across two separate venues.
Live bands will play from 4-11pm at Media City Amphitheatre and DJs and electronic artists take the stage from 11pm-3am at Trilogy club in Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
Tickets, priced Dh200 for a single day and Dh350 for a two-day pass, are available from Virgin Megastores, Eppco and Enoc petrol stations, Souk Madinat Jumeirah Box Office and online www.platinumlist.ae
Single-day tickets on the door will be priced Dh250.
