Ingredients
60ml hibiscus syrup
1 tbsp rose water
1 lime, juiced and zest cut into thin strips
Ice cubes
2 rose petals
Method
1. Put the hibiscus syrup in a jug with the rose water, lime juice and 400ml cold water.
2. Stir well, then divide between two glasses filled with ice cubes.
3. Garnish each glass with a rose petal and a strip of lime zest.
