You are considered as the real estate mogul of Al Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah. How and when did it all start? What inspired you?
In the realm of Al Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah, my journey took root when news of the world’s largest casino by Wynn flashed before my eyes. Amidst uncertainty, I recognized the difference between sight and vision, daring to see beyond the ordinary. While others saw unpolished lands, I envisioned their potential as luxurious dreams. With bold and daring visions, I launched multiple world-class projects, defying the norm. Our aspirations paid off, and today, over 50 per cent of the projects are sold. The market’s faith prevailed, turning dreams into reality.
