Shoaib Mansoor looks for more people for ‘Verna’

Talent agencies are doing increasingly well in a country like Pakistan where the concept of a casting director is still alien to most filmmakers. It is interesting how even a veteran like Shoaib Mansoor, who is known to have an eye for talent like no other, chose to share the burden of right casting with Citrus Talent, a popular company headquartered in Karachi, for his much-awaited, Verna. According to sources, CT was approached (on behalf of Mansoor) by the film’s leading man, Haroon Shahid, who is himself a debutant. The agency is supposed to have provided junior artists for Verna, which stars Mahira Khan in the lead.
