A signature project by Baniyas Investment and Development, Bawabat Al Sharq, a mixed-use gated community in Abu Dhabi is set to be a neighbourhood for residents who value luxury, elegance and a vibrant lifestyle. Spread across 108 hectares of land, Bawabat Al Sharq is the first luxury development of its kind in the Bani Yas area. It is conveniently located on the gateway to Abu Dhabi, and is also close to the capital's international airport on the road to Al Ain.

Spacious and tastefully finished, the homes consist of a mix of deluxe suites, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, three- to five-bedroom detached and semi-detached villas and penthouses. The homes are equipped with modern fittings, appliances and offer alluring water and landscaped views. Additionally, the apartments in Phase II offer exclusivity with only four units designed for a single floor with separate storage and parking spaces. Set to enhance the leisure and tourism appeal of Bani Yas, the Dh3 billion Bawabat Al Sharq is scheduled for completion in Q3-2012.
