Cairo: Saudi police have arrested four expatriates for stealing copper cables worth SR70,000, a security official said. It is the second such arrest in the kingdom in a week.
The four suspects - three Bangladeshis and an Indian - had stolen the cables, electricity generators and aluminium items from buildings that were under construction in the governorate of Hafr Al Batin in eastern Saudi Arabia, local police assistant spokesman Capt Mohammed Al Duriham said.
