Abu Dhabi: Three Pakistani workers were killed when scaffolding collapsed on a building site in Al Naseem neighbourhood in Mecca, local media reported.

A source told Al Watan that while the construction workers were carrying out their work in the building, the scaffolding was removed from the fifth floor, which led to the workers’ fall and their immediate death.

Mecca Police are investigating the incident, and the bodies of the deceased were transported to the morgue to complete the legal procedures.
