COVID-19: Saudi Arabia reports 4,757 new coronavirus cases, 48 deaths

This brings total number of coronavirus infections in the country to 145,991

Dubai: Saudi Arabia reported 4,757 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the country to 145,991, the Ministry of Health announced on Thursday (June 18).

Meanwhile, the ministry reported 2,253 recoveries today, with total recoveries in the kingdom at 93,915. With 1,877 in intensive care units.

The ministry also confirmed 48 deaths, its highest single-day spike in Covid-19 deaths, taking the toll to 1,139.
