Coronavirus: Saudi Arabia announces 15 new cases

Kingdom's total now 118 with three recoveries

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health on Sunday reported 15 new cases of oronavirus, bringing the total to 118 with three recoveries.

All of the new patients are now in quarantine, SPA reports.

The new cases included residents from Indonesia and the Philippines who were in contact with a previous reported case of infection.

A further five cases involved Saudi citizens who had contact with previous cases.

A case of a Spanish resident coming from Spain is also confirmed.

The ministry added that there are two cases of Saudi women coming from Spain and the UK.

There are two cases for a man coming from Iran and a woman from Iraq.

A further confirmed case is of a Saudiman who had visited Egypt.

Two further Saudi men came from the UK and Switzerland.

Saudi officials said only one of the cases was diagnosed as critical, but the patient is improving and receiving a medical care.
