Sultan Haitham issues 10 decrees appointing officials

Appointments include special envoy, special adviser, new ministers and undersecretaries

Muscat: Oman's Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq Al Said issued 10 decrees appointing a special envoy, special adviser, new ministers and undersecretaries

The first decree appoints Fatek Bin Fahr Al Said as Sultan Haitham’s special envoy, with the rank of a minister. Mansour Bin Majid Bin Taimour Al Said has been appointed as a special advisor to Sultan Haitham, with the rank of a minister.

Salem Mohammad Saeed Al Marzouqi has been appointed the Minister of Culture, while Sheikh Saba’a Hamdan Al Saadi, the Secretary General of the Higher Committee for National Day Celebrations, was granted the rank of minister.

Said Sultan Al Busaidi has been appointed as undersecretary for the Ministry of Art Affairs, while Faisal Hamoud Nasr Al Busaidi has been appointed as an adviser at the Omani Diwan of Royal Court.

Khalid Salem Mohammed Al Ghassani has been appointed an advisor at the Ministry of Heritage and Culture.
